It looked like Synthia was going to win when Kimberly kicked out of an pin attempt Synthia tried arguing at the referee and much to everybody's surprise Kimberly Smith would recover and apply an calf killer submission hold to shockingly make history as Synthia tapped out Kimberly becoming the first to do so. Kimberly Smith would then lose the following week in non title action to Karma Starr her next move however for the second time in 2021 would catch many by surprise.
