Rocky Starstriker

Rocky Starstriker, who in some places has been called "El Papi Chulo de Puerto Rico", is a Puertorican wolf wrestler who is currently wrestling for |Primal Wrestling (PW) and |Elite Angel Wreatling (EAW). His dream is to share the joy of his home with the audience along with keeping the beach as safe as possible as a well known Patriotic Lifeguard.

He originally debuted on May 3rd, 2020 on |Furry Wrestling Federation (FWF) Blood, and from there, to grow and expand.

Background

Back in the days, Rocky was only a lifeguard back home in Puerto Rico, making sure all specimen could hangout by the beaches in peace. This would include making sure both humans and furries can co-exist peacefully. Usually, his lifeguard duties involves in Rio Grande Beach, but he would sometimes agree to cover other areas temporarily such as Playa Luquillo, Playa Borinquen, Balneario de Escambros, among many others. However, sometimes he wishes he could spread the joys of him home further out there. Let more people know how great this island and their beaches are. That's when a friend came to him and reminded him how he was quite into wrestling and he was suggested to make a name for himself in the pro wrestling world. He liked the idea so much, that he started to push his limits a little more. He was training day and night and getting himself ready to not just show the world what he can do, but to show what his home can offer to them, while of course, learning of other cultures as well.

Training

While training his body on his own during his lifeguard duties, he was trained in pro wrestling by a couple of, let's say resources, he knew back home. But even so, he received further training once he made his way to FWF and start working on footwork and moves in their training facility. Some of the veterans would sometimes come to give some encouraging words and guide him.

Wrestling Style

The wolf's wrestling style is a luchador style with good knowledge of submission and high flying.

Furry Wresting Federation (Debut - 2021)

Having made his debut, not much was known about the canine yet other than his lifeguard duties. He definitely had a "rocky" start, but he was soon on his way to rise up from those rough starting moments as he stands up to prove himself he belongs here and that he has what it take to reach the top with this fed. While of course, his main dream still being to spread the love of his home.

Rocky has definitely struggled with a few wrestlers in this fed. Against Vidiot, Roy Carter, Viper, Kit and even Cobalt, among many others. There would be times he would fall, and even told to return home. But he wasn't planning to quit. He would rise, and fall, and rise again. Until he starts proving those who doubt his skills wrong.

During his rise, there was a time Rocky was growing confidence in his skills, let alone, noticeable improvements. However, there was a time when the Tag Team Champions Ragnarok (Composed of Dante and Baytree) were demanding a challenge. That no one could beat them, and they were cooking up a plan if no one came to take the belts away from them. This was when Rocky answered the called until he was reminded that, in order to compete for a Tag Team belt, he needs a partner, not to mention, daunting at the fact that Rocky couldn't beat them with Adam's help in the past. At the time, it somehow slipped through Rocky's mind that despite all the good people he met in FWF, he doesn't have a tag team partner. While Rocky was thinking long and hard what to do, Dante gave Rocky a chance to find himself a Tag Team partner, and that they will accept their challenge in a Lumberjack match at FWF's Nocturnal. Feeling himself a little lost there, Rocky was losing hope on finding a partner in time for such a match. That is until someone offered a helping hand. And when the day of the match came, Rocky and Viper teamed up to take on Ragnarok for the Tag team Championship belts. Everyone was thinking Ragnarok, a team with far more knowledge to come out on top. But Rocky and Viper managed to secure the win, despite all the disadvantages and punishment given, and they held the belt together.

However, after a few weeks of defending the title, some difficult times came as Viper, as happy as he is befriending and teaming up with Rocky, seems to be unable to defend future title matches for unknown reason. Management came and offered Rocky to defend the tittle once more with a partner of his choosing. He didn't announce it right away, he was given time by Vincent who, despite being rather shady, he keep his promises to people. Later on, the tag team of Rocky and Prince Escamoso was born, and they defended the titles with Pride.

Unfortunately, later on, these tag team title were vaulted and never to see the light of day, stripping Rocky and Escamoso of their Championship belt.

Primal Instinct Wrestling Entertainment (2020)

Not much is known about this federation. What we do know is that Rocky had joined the ranks of Primal Instincts Wrestling Entertainment (PIWE) and tried to release his energy to the jungle. Unfortunately however, as someone who had yet to learn the ropes of the wrestling ring, not to mention the harsh reality of the jungle, his debut match was a rather rough one as a big kangaroo by the name Roger bested him with ease and kidnapped him to make him a member of the Roo Brother, despite that Rocky was clearly a canine, not a marsupial, let alone a kangaroo.

Rocky would do his bidding for Roger and his brother. Doing the dirty work and making it easier on Roger to attack others or assist in matches. He had no choice however. He was like a prisoner to them. But all that changes when Rocky one day rematches Roger and frees himself from the Roo Brothers. But after that match, he was announcing his leave from PIWE to the crowd and later on, La Catrina Calavera and Bo giving their final good-bye.

United Furry Wrestling (2021 - 2022)

While still the same fed, it rebranded as |United Furry Wrestling (UFW) in May 18th, 2021. And Rocky was now a part of the UFW roster. His dream hasn't changed. He considers the audience his people (By screaming "COMO ESTAN, MI GENTE!?") as if they were all a part of Puerto Rico as well. But he didn't want to stop just there. The climb for the top resumes and sharing more of his hometown to a new crowd. He could feel his dream slowly but surely becoming real while meeting new friends, new rivals, new enemies, and even new cultures from other places people comes from.

The Maestro's Orchestra

There were many opponents Rocky faced who would give him a hard time. But nothing made him grit his teeth more than Tonka, The Ring Maestro. These two canines didn't care what their beliefs were. All they knew was that they dislike each other and that they disagree with each other. Tonka, like many others he has faced, believed Rocky doesn't belong in the ring and was verbally getting into Rocky's mind. And while Rocky knows he is not invincible? This was the second defeat that truly stung him. It was affecting his confidence in his skills, and if he was worthy of representing his home.

A few weeks after mentally recovering from some of the words Tonka left that has sunken into Rocky's head and with UFW returning, he finally shook those words off thanks to a few people such as Incendio and others, and was later offered a chance to challenge on August 6th, 2021 Dwight Slade. They were pretty even for one another, despite Dwight having less experience. And Rocky was trying to get as fancy as possible while enjoying the brawl, but in the end, Dwight came out on top, and reminded Rocky that he has what it takes to be here, just that tonight maybe wasn't his night. Ever since then, Rocky work from there up.

Struggle after struggle, Rocky saw opportunities to keep training and challenging others, while also not wanting to disappoint his home ever again. Despite the few defeats he faced, he kept moving, towards his dream, and toward a brighter tomorrow. He was even given a chance at having a rematch with the man who once insulted his pride and honor, Tonka. But Tonka just seems unstoppable so far, with Rocky once more getting humiliated by the bigger canine. But their heated rivalry didn't stop there. There were lots of voices getting vocal at the time between the two. To the point interference and heated arguments would happen. One night however, a miracle happened. Rocky managed to defeat Tonka at his own game. But Tonka couldn't accept this. He was sure the smaller canine just got lucky, until Tonka got what he wanted.

April 17th, 2022... A lot was ridding here for Rocky in a falls-count anywhere match. And it was brutal. They were nonstop fighting and wanting each other hurt, it was personal for both of them. Cameras were broken, making their way to the audience, even barricades being used to keep each other down. But in the end, Tonka was the one to finish this. Or at least... this is what Tonka believed...

The Chosen Fighter

A few shows later, Incendio was announced Trinity Champion winner, but a few more shows later, he couldn't keep the title for long, as his heroic duty must be answered by him and him only. And so, he relinquishes the belt back to UFW, despite all of his hard work. Tonka would disagree however with this decision. He would believe that if Incendio was to relinquish it, it should be to him. There were other plans however as he was not planning to give it back to UFW without merits. Instead, Incendio had a contender in mind if someone wanted the belt. And two figures would pop out from backstage. It was Selena bringing out Rocky to be said chosen fighter for the Trinity champion, and another match was to take place between these two on June 19th, 2022. Despite Rocky's best attempt, Tonka still came out on top and claims the Trinity Title.

Elite Angel Wrestling (2022 - Present)

Commentary days

When Rocky first joined EAW, he knew nothing of wrestling, let alone self defense as he just sat behind the commentary table being a fan of the sports and let many people hear the play by play action with Novelfox and with the later introduced Remmy. However, there were mysterious times Rocky just disappears out of the blue and doesn't seem to be on time to commentate...

A "new" Wrestler

Later on, he reveals that some of those times he was not behind the commentary table, he was actually interested in becoming a wrestler and decided to be trained by the EAW trainers as he tries to learn in the ways of pro wrestling and all of the angel's struggles (Angels being what they call their rosters). However, soon he meets his first hurdle with SMF where he believes the canine has no reason to be in the ring and that he should return to the commentary table.

Primal Wrestling (2023 - Present)

Debuting in April 26th, 2023, Rocky arrives to unleash his beast in Primal Wrestling where the people were starting to call him, "El Papi Chulo de Puerto Rico" with his first match being against a strange individual arriving in a spaceship named Galaxio.

Friends turned enemies

As soon as the canine was getting himself familiar with Primal Wrestling, he would already figure out that he was bumping into many troubles in such a short amount of time. Before even joining Primal, he was made the mayor of Arius City, and having to shuffle between two important goals. Keeping Arius safe and to train for his matches. However, only mere moments of having joining, there were news of people disappearing from Arius City and couldn't tell why or where to.

If that wasn't enough, Cobalt has accused Rocky of also being responsible for deporting the big blue wolf out of Arius City. And none of this was making sense for the poor Puertorican. He was only one wolf and he never found any recollection of having done such a thing, let alone no records of such actions in the office. Now Rocky is having to investigate and find the missing civilians, while also having to deal with an old friend who's been messing with him ever since.
