Hammer

Hammer is a professional wrestler who wrestles for Virtual Wrestling Entertainment (VWE).

Back Story

After serving in the US Military, Hammer began traveling the world as a professional wrestler, most popularly wrestling in Japan before earning an opportunity at wrestling for the Virtual Wrestling Entertainment (VWE). 

Upon arriving to the VWE, Hammer's tryout for a contract was interrupted by Wrex Ocelot and Kerok as they were recruiting Hammer to join the newly formed Indy Club, a faction of individuals not granted contracts in VWE and out to wreak havoc on the faction. Hammer joined, but due to personal differences, he soon took the faction over and ousted the former leader, Wrex. Throughout his time on PULSE, Hammer deployed Indy Club at any opportunity, taking the Heavyweight Championship from Brakman Wylder as well as helping Kerok, Lux Tesla and Bryan Jacobs all achieve the title of "Champion." 

After Kerok betrayed Hammer and caused him to lose his title to Vince Easterwood, Hammer gave control of Indy Club to Lux Tesla in exchange for their assistance in injuring and ousting Kerok. After giving control of Indy Club to Lux, Hammer went his own way. 

Kerok returned from injury set for revenge and, after striking a deal with the PULSE General Manager, ousted Hammer from PULSE Wrestling. 

Currently, Hammer is on the main roster. 

Character Concept

Hammer sticks closely to the aesthetic of his time in the military. Initially starting out as an average size in comparison to the other wrestlers, Hammer has steadily grown in size. Now with older, heavier wrestlers retired, Hammer has become one of the larger wrestlers on the active roster.  

He is most commonly wearing black or military camouflage. He commonly wrestles in fatigues and combat boots, using these boots to popularly stamp on the face of his opponents. 

Hammer is a "loudmouth," often insulting and taunting his opponents, the commentary staff, referees or anyone in the crowd before, during or after a wrestling match. Despite the frequent talking and insulting, Hammer is a notable tactician, often using his talking as a distraction for an ulterior plan that he has in place. 

Hammer is known for his brutality and aggression. He will not shy away from cutting a corner or taking an unfair advantage if it will mean victory for him. 

Wrestling Style

Hammer's style has evolved over time as he adapts to Virtual Wrestling Entertainment (VWE) and his growing size. Where he initially was a striker, using his hands to deliver devastating punches, he now delivers vicious knee strikes from nowhere as well. These have been added to his violent nature to create a more brawl oriented wrestler. With his larger size, he has slowly become more of a powerhouse, realizing that he is just plain larger than everyone else.
