== Storylines Heading Into Wrestlefest XIII ==
One of the Storylines will surround the DCWF Women's Championship that is currently vacant following Brooke Owens suffering major injuries and being forced to vacate the DCWF Women's Championship following the Wargames Match at the Wargames FPV. It has been announced that an new DCWF Women's Champion will be crowned at this show. On the 14th of February and promo between Gina Rose, Jaxi Velineaux, Horses Morrisey and Ery lead to the commissioner of DCWF Numbers Rossini announced that the four of them would face off in an fatal four way match to crown an new DCWF Women's Champion at Wrestlefest XIII.  

On the 24th of January 2021 edition of DCWF Full Tilt Jelly Jerrico Scarbridge made an direct challenge to the DCWF World Heavyweight Champion The Man Michael Thomas following an series of attacks over time. Michael would answer this but add the stipulation it be Title vs Career for the match. They signed the contract on the 21st of February confirming the match and the stipulation upon this date.  

Also recently confirmed was the return of the Chaos For The Contract match this time exclusively for the Men's Division it is currently unknown who would be involved or what the match type would be.  

On the 29th of January SLCW Women's Champion Kimberly Smith announced via her twitter account an mini tourney consisting of two one on one matches on the 31st of January DCWF Full Tilt the winners will face each other one week later to determine an no 1 contender to the SLCW Women's Championship at Wrestlefest XIII.  On the 31st of Janaury Emma Grey and Kira Scarbridge advanced to the finals during their qualifying matches this match is provisionally scheduled for the 7th of February to determine the no 1 contender for the SLCW Women's Championship. On the 7th of February the match between Kira Scarbridge and Emma Grey ended in an double count out Kimberly Smith who was watching the match at ringside announced them both to be winners and number one contenders establishing an triple threat match for Wrestlefest. 

At the go home DCWF Full Tilt on the 21st of February an video promo played where the SLCW Men's Champion Drewski Hoxley issued an open challenge to any of the roster for an title match at Wrestlefest XIII. Upon social media on the 23rd of February it was announced by Xander Garcia he would be accepting and answering the challenge to an match. 

Also on that night an fatal four way match was stopped by Numbers Rossini who then booked an Fatal Four Way Hardcore Match for Wrestlefest as Samanatha Foxy vs Vanessa Da Silva vs Regan Blair vs Carmelita Marcel following their match descending into violent chaos having the match thrown out.
